I also wanted to add that if I try to execute a restart on a server instance, it just times out without restarting the server. But, if I click on "stop" the server will stop and if I click on "start", the server will start. Seems the "restart" option is not working also.
Steps:
1. Login to Domain web console.
2. click on "Runtime" tab.
3. In "Browse by Domain" column, I click on hosts.
4. In the "Hosts" column, I click on the host controller.
5. In the "Servers" column I click on the server instance running.
6. I then click on the down arrow for that server instance.
7. Then I click on the "restart" option in the list.
