Now that we've got CORS and the ability to talk to the DMR endpoint directly, the DMR proxy used by the DevMode is no longer necessary and can be removed:

• Remove package org.jboss.as.console.server
• Remove APT code / config which generates proxy.properties
• Clean up web.xml
