Replace log viewer with download related features

The log viewer in its current state creates false expectations. Users expect features like scrolling, filtering and search. So we decided it's better to replace the current log viewer with download related features.

Users will be able to

• download and view the log file in a new browser tab or
• download and save the log file to disk

The download will happen outside HAL by using the browser's built in features. This gives users the freedom to process the log file with the tool of their choice.
