The Red Hat Access plugin navigation should follow the wireframes given here: https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-971234
Changes from current implementation:
- Support should be a dropdown menu called Red Hat Access. In this dropdown, support should navigate to the Support Tickets area (see below), and search should navigate to a search customer portal area (see below).
- Remove tabs from the top of the Support page. Support should navigate you to a page where you can see your tickets and create a new ticket. Alternatively, you can use the menu flyout to choose "My Cases" or "New Case". To move to Search - the user would go back up to the Red Hat Access menu in the utility navigation.
- Remove tabs from the top of the Knowledgebase page. The user would get here by choosing Search in the Red Hat Access dropdown.
