WFLY-14255 adds two attributes to /subsystem=undertow/configuration=handler/reverse-proxy=my-handler:

• reuse-x-forwarded-header
• rewrite-host-header

This RFE is about adding them to the Undertow configuration UI in the console. They need to be added to the attributes in https://github.com/hal/console/blob/main/app/src/main/resources/org/jboss/hal/client/configuration/subsystem/undertow/HandlerView.mbui.xml#L69
