Add tests for default-*-timer-management attributes of Configuration -> EJB -> Services -> Timer

    Description

      HAL-1947 enabled two new attributes for Configuration -> EJB -> Services -> Timer:

      • default-persistent-timer-management
      • default-transient-timer-management

      Usage of those attributes should be covered by tests. Ideally in https://github.com/hal/berg/blob/main/packages/testsuite/cypress/e2e/ejb/test-configuration-subsystem-ejb-services-timer.cy.ts
