Wizard onFinish callback executed twice

I assume this only affects wizards that are built with stayOpenAfterFinish as the onFinish callback is executed both after clicking the "Finish" button and the "Close" button. I don't think this causes any problems server-side otherwise we would've found it, at worst HAL attempts to add certain resource twice and the error gets ignored because it's handled by the already closed wizard.
