Cancel button visible for cancelled management operations

    Description

      In Runtime => Server => Management Operations => View, when an operation is cancelled it is marked so in the table but the Cancel button is still visible and clickable. This is regression against 3.3.19.Final.

      Wrong assumption in the test -> test issue.
