Application Security Domain (Undertow) - credential reference not handled correctly

    Description

      The single-sign-on and the credential-reference forms do not have correct pings so there are errors thrown on the page. Fortunately it's set up in a way that the SSO can still be added and edited with no issue.

      Second problem is that it is currently possible for a user to attempt to add a credential-reference independently of the SSO, this is an invalid operation and we should instead be providing the SSO dialog.
