      With the implementation of HAL-1780, the console no longer works with WildFly instances < 27. This is because an attribute primary is expected on the host resource. If the attribute is not present, the bootstrapping phase fails. 

      This issue is about making the console work with both master/slave and primary/secondary naming schemes.
