      Adding global modules in EE fails if the flags in the "Add Global Modules" dialog are left unchanged.

      The operation fails with

      {"WFLYCTL0062: Composite operation failed and was rolled back. Steps that failed:" => {"Operation step-1" => "WFLYCTL0097: Wrong type for 'annotations'. Expected [BOOLEAN] but was STRING. Couldn't convert \"—\" to [BOOLEAN]"}}

      Seems to be related to how org.jboss.hal.core.ui.TuplesListItem and how uninitialized attributes are handled.
