Improve handling for default booleans when adding new resources.

Using the management model mode navigate to:

/subsystem=elytron/secret-key-credential-store

Add a new entry and exapand "optional fields", the attributes "create" and "populate" default to "true" IMO it would be clearer if the sliders within the optional fields section were set to "on".

This would make it easier to detect is a user really wants to set these to false as presently to set to false a user has to first toggle them to on and then back to off.
