Macro recorder should treat 'installed-driver-list' and 'find-non-progressing-operation' as read-only

      I was experimenting with using the macro recorder to record adding a datasource and it recorded a bunch of 'installed-driver-list' and 'find-non-progressing-operation' operations. If those could be screened out it would be better.

      The read-operation-description content for both reports them as '"read-only" => true'.
