The default domain configuration, mostly used for development purposes, is defined by a domain where the master HC is acting as Domain Controller and Host Controller for three servers.

This default configuration is not recommended for production environments since if your master DC is compromised your servers could not be managed. However, the following errors are reported executing the steps to reproduce:

'Service temporarily unavailable. Is the server still starting?'

Once all the master servers have been started, if we click on Hosts under 'Browse By' tab, HAL recovers and the users can continue using the console.
