Disable "View" action if messaging server is not started or is inactive.

    Description

      Add an icon to the messaging server column in runtime and disable the "View" and "Reset" actions, if the messaging server is not started or is inactive.

      If the messaging server is not started or inactive, add a warning that the user has to restart the (standalone-)server in order to put the messaging server back into action.
