Bootstrap Error under Chrome 69.0.3497.92 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I cant login to HAS in chrome. It works in Firefox.
Error Code in Chrome is:

Authentication required.
The management console could not be loaded.
Make sure the server is up and running. Please check the log files for possible errors during startup.
Verify you have added users which are able to access the admin console.
To add a new user execute the add-user.sh script within the bin folder of your installation and enter the requested information.
