Requests for pollyfill.js are making the whole Web Console unusable in Firefox

    Description

      When using the web console in Firefox, requests for http://<console-host>:<console-port>/console/js/polyfill.js are being responded with the 404 error code. This problem causes UI problems and the whole web console is unusable. Requests for polyfill.min.js are getting the correct status code.
