Disable Content navigation for unmanaged deployments in standalone mode

    Description

      In standalone mode, the deployment "view" action shows two tabs "Content" and "Management Model", for unmanaged deployments the content navigation is not supported in the management api, but the runtime model navigation is supported. We must disable the "Content" navigation tab for unmanaged deployments.
