Console Add dialog does not handle required StringListAttribute properly

Console Add dialog does not handle required StringListAttribute properly. It always says required field is missing.

I faced this when I add a new JMS Topic to test HAL-1455, I found this seems a general issue to handle required StringListAttribute in Add dialog. Same to add JMS Quene and Elytron Aggregate Principal Decoder as attachments, which all have a required StringListAttribute in common.
