Navigating directly to restricted resource ends with blank page

A popup window informing about access denial is shown whenever one tries to access restricted resource in Admin console. However when navigating directly to URL from empty/new browser window this Popup behaves in strange way when:

1) clicking on cancel / closing that window will result in blank page
2) clicking "Ok" will "cancel" the request

In both cases above console should redirect to main page
