Update configuration changes to use new subsystem

      Update the tracking/display of configuration changes in the console (standalone and domain mode) to use the new subsystem.

      The current way uses commands like:

      /host=master/core-service=management/service=configuration-changes

      And they should instead use the new subsystem like:

      /host=master/subsystem=core-management/service=configuration-changes
