Wrong providers tab of Elytron provider loader configuration

    Description

      The tab contains empty table. It's not clear what should be shown here. The column names make no sense.
      The most probably it was meant to show runtime loaded-providers but it doesn't show them even if they are loaded.
      What should be shown here?
