Steps to Reproduce:

Start EAP in e.g. standalone-full-ha configuration

Using CLI add following Elytron example factories:

/subsystem=elytron/service-loader-http-server-mechanism-factory=v2z86:add(module=org.jboss.as.cli)

/subsystem=elytron/configurable-http-server-mechanism-factory=vUEJa:add(http-server-mechanism-factory=v2z86)

reload

Using web console navigate to Configuration: Subsystems > Subsystem: Security - Elytron Settings: Factory > Configurable HTTP Server > vUEJa > Add filter

In New Pattern filter user has to mandatory fields

Enabling
The mandatory Enabling is checked or not doesn't matter the resulting filter has always enabling attribute value false
You can check by calling CLI command /subsystem=elytron/configurable-http-server-mechanism-factory=vUEJa:read-resource
BUT if the user click on the Optional link there appears ambiguous second Enabling checkbox which if checked gets propagated!
