Provide support for EAP 7.0 Management Console to SSO with other Management UIs such as Management.NEXT.

Note: The "SSO service" capability is assumed to be provided by a separate product download "outside" of the EAP such as an authentication server like KeyCloak.

Requirement for this JIRA is to provide necessary hooks so EAP 7 Management Console UI can be integrated for authentication with external Identity Provider (SAML2) or Authorization Server (OpenID Connect). Implementation to be delivered separately and not required OOTB. Although all required SPIs and configuration hooks need to be in place in EAP to allow such integration to be implemented separately.
