Expose the JMS pooled-connection-factory statistics on HAL.
for domain mode the configuration is in

/profile=*/subsystem=messaging-activemq/server=default/pooled-connection-factory=*

The runtime statistics are in

/host=*/server=*/subsystem=messaging-activemq/server=default/pooled-connection-factory=*
