Unnecessary step in "Create Resource 'service'" in naming subsystem configuration

When adding a remote-naming service resource in Web Console Subsystem Configuration, Subsystem Naming, the Create Resource 'service' dialog has an unnecessary step to specify a required attribute, name. As far as I can tell, /subsystem=naming/service=remote-naming has no attributes at all, so this step should be unnecessary. Clicking Need Help? link exposes an empty hint window.
