Remove the need to disable a datasource in order to modify it

In previous versions a data source could only be modified if it was in disabled state. This was insured in the console by a special implementation DataSourceStoreInterceptor.

Since this restriction is no longer necessary this issue is about to remove the interceptor and use DataSourceStoreImpl instead.
