Migrate JVM related forms and dialogs to use MBUI

    Description

      The JVM related forms still use the old API based on AutoBeans. Attributes like permgen-size and max-permgen-size, which are deprecated since 4.0.0 still show up in JVM forms and dialogs.

      Migrate these forms to use MBUI. This way deprecated attributes will automatically be skipped when generating the form.
