In the outbound connections screen, there are tabs for every connection that you can select. One of them is "Attributes", the other is currently named "These properties are available throughout ... <long text>". Looks like the description of something leaked. Attached a screenshot.

This is the case for all three tabs "Local Outbound", "Outbound" and "Remote Outbound".
