'Reload server(s) now!' button should reload server at least in standalone mode

The fact that 'Reload server(s) now!' button doesn't restart server(s) directly but delegates this operation to user seems not to be user friendly since user has to

1. find out that this operation wasn't done by console but needs to be done manually
2. navigate back to configuration after reload was done manually
