Remove the deprecated annotation processor org.jboss.as.console.spi.SPIProcessor and the related *.tmpl Freemarker templates from module console-spi. They're no longer used and were replaced with different annotation processors in module hal-processors and updated templates ending in *.ftl.

The old processors / templates are only used in HAL 2.5.x (EAP 6.4)
