Go to screen Runtime -> Subsystem -> Transaction Logs Probe logs It has to be some in-doubt transaction in the log - you can simulate it e.g. by unzipping attached zip file which contains a transaction Shadow log store with one in doubt txn stop app server cd $JBOSS_HOME unzip tx-obect-store.one-in-doubt.zip start app server click Remove and confirm removing of the transaction table contains no transaction now click Remove - you can see again the same confirmation window about removing transaction even there is no one. You can click Probe to be sure there is no in-doubt txn but you can still see the confirmation window after clicking Remove
