To avoid overhead of bootstrapping runtime screens with possibly not needed data is it possible to add let's say button to allow user load such info may be as message window or other way?
In case of disabled statistics there can be option to redirect to related configuration page - I'm not insisting on this second requirement if it's too complicated.
