Cannot load Deployments page when any deployment has failed

      • Start WildFly (I only tested standalone mode).
      • Create a valid datasource with "java:/datasources/demo-ha" and enable it.
      • Deploy and enable the attached application.
      • Disable the datasource and reload the server. It will be started with errors (no message will be shown: HAL-996).
      • Go to the Deployments Page. An error will be shown and you won't be able to do anything

      If an application is sucessfully deployed and added to the XML configuration, but something makes it undeployable after a reload/restart, deployments page can't be loaded and you can't even undeploy the problematic app.
