[OSD wizard] Missing indication for cluster creation estimated time

      Usability study finding: 

      Users were expecting to see a time estimation for how long does the cluster installation will take. they wanted to know if it is a matter of seconds/ minutes/ hours but had no indication for it. 

       

      Suggested solution: 

      We should be able to show Avg. time for installation (even if it's not 100% accurate).
