      When a user reloads/refreshes the browser the wizard reloads and user would lose all wizard data entered thus far.  A warning/confirmation dialog should be displayed when user attempts to refresh the browser saying "You will lose all your wizard data!  Are you sure?   [cancel] [Ok]"
