We should investigating one of the following options:

1. Add additional publishers to the team who can publish the SDK packages. Currently Vojtech is the only one on the immediate core team who can publish.
2. Investigate an auto-publish step in our pipeline. We will likely not want to publish every merge to master, but perhaps we can create `release-` prefixed branches that prow will know to publish.
