      Description:

      Availability shows "Multi zone" on review page

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps:

      1. Launch OSD wizard
      2. Fill in the required elements and create a ccs cluster
      3. Check "Encrypt persistent volumes with customer keys"
      4. Check it on review page

      Actual result:

      It shows "Customer-managed keys" which is different with the Details step

      Expect result:

      They should keep consistent
