Epic Goal

As an OpenShift admin who wants to install fully automated installation of OpenShift on IBM Cloud, I want one-stop shop where I can install/manage my OpenShift subscription.

Why is this important?

Once IBM Cloud provider is supported this must be listed in cloud.redhat.com as an easy path for customers to deploy OpenShift in IBM Cloud.
