      We need to make sure HAC-dev is using plugin SDK instead of some constants.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Replace the standalone SDK file with the NPM package
        • All references should seamlessly move over from local file to NPM import paths
      • Use the webpack plugin from plugin SDK to build the plugin
