      Description:

      It's better to change disabled checkbox "Enable etcd storage encryption " to an alert message

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps:

      1. Launch OSD wizard
      2. Check Details step

      Actual result:

      There is a checkbox which is always disabled.

      Expect result:

      It's only a message for users not a function, better to change it to alert message rather than checkbox to avoid confusion
