We need to make sure HAC-Infra is properly setup to become a plugin and that first major step is the SDK being part of it.

Acceptance Criteria

• Replace the standalone SDK file (if applicable) with the NPM package
  • All references should seamlessly move over from local file to NPM import paths
• Add the Webpack plugin to help generate the needed artifacts
• Test to make sure UI flows work and tests pass
