Grouped Fields in addon UI

For the RHOAM addon we are now allowing our customers to configure optional features.

Currently there is no way to separate these optional features from the main configuration of the addon.

The optional feature should be in a section that is collapsed when not being used by the customer. When the feature is being used by a customer the section should expand to list input fields related to the feature. These fields should be allowed to be a mixture of required and optional in relation to optional feature.

Any required fields for an optional feature should not affect the validation on required fields for the main form when the optional feature is not in use.

The attached PDF "SDA-6000 - Addon_From_OCM" has an example of an optional extra being added to the RHOAM addon. The fields in the red box are all related to the optional feature. In this case all these field are required to enable to the feature but as this is an optional feature we had to mark these fields as optional to get the main form validation to allow creation of the addon without enabling the optional feature.
