Description of problem:

Page has responded very slowly for user actions from the machine pool page for OSD cluster wizard(AWS & CCS cluster).The slowness was seen especially enabling the checkbox "Enable autoscaling" , adding values to node labels fields etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch OCM in staging in Firfox browser.
2. Start OSD cluster creation wizard.
3. Select Infrastructure type as "Customer cloud subscription" and cloud provider as "AWS"
4. Fill in details and reach the "machine pools" page.
5. Click on "Enabling autoscaling" checkbox & view the behavior.
6. Click on add label and fill the values in text fields and see the behavior.

Actual results:

The widget responded very slowly for the user actions at step 5 & 6. It took time to load the user actions and kind of stuck for a few seconds. This really creates issues in usability.

 
Expected results:

The widget should respond fast for the user actions at step 5 & 6. It shouldn't create a feeling that the user is stuck or waiting for some actions.
 

Additional info:

• The performance issue is mainly seen with Firefox browser and with chrome it is better.
• The machine pool page in cluster creation wizard responded properly for GCP CCS or other OSD flavors.
