      Description

      UI should add a rerun button for pipeline-actions so that a pipeline can be re-run after failure

      Acceptance criteria

      1. Should add `rerun` action in various PiplineRun lists[Activity, component, snapshot, Integration test] and Details page

      2. For test pipeline, test.appstudio.openshift.io/run label with the name of the IntegrationTestScenario to the Snapshot that was being tested

      3. Must disable Rerun action if some PAC request is already in progress.
