Undefined Introduce Pact tests to SPI repository.
Integrate the Pact test to the current code, create one test on HAC-dev side and its appropriate support on the provider side (SPI side).
Incorporate the test into the local build, PR check, and report results in the post-merge phase.
Rise awareness with developers about ongoing contract test implementation.
