Description of issue:

Currently header name of edit machine pool dialog as "Edit machine pool" but the context menu for the cluster shown as "Edit machine pools". It would be good to make uniformity across related areas. Suggestion is to replace "Edit machine pool" with "Edit machine pools" in the dialog header.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM Staging.
2. Open a ready ROSA cluster.
3. Click on "Action" menu and click "Edit machine pools".
4. See the header string from dialog.

Actual results:

Context menu for edit machine pool operation shown as "Edit machine pools" whereas the header from dialog shown as "Edit machine pool".

Expected results:
To make uniformity across related areas. Suggestion is to replace "Edit machine pool" with "Edit machine pools" in the dialog header.
