      Description:

      Networking > CIDR ranges setting isn't sent in the request
      Networking > Configuration Cluster Privacy setting isn't sent in the request

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps:

      1. Launch OSD wizard creation
      2. Fill in the required elements
      3. Set Cluster Privacy in Networking > Configuration step (visible for any AWS or GCP CCS)
      4. Set CIDR values in Networking > CIDR ranges step
      5. Create the cluster

      Actual result:

      The created cluster doesn't use the set value.

      Expect result:

      CIDR range should work.
      Cluster Privacy should work.
