Description of issue:
After the successful installation of HCP cluster, The cluster list shown the status of the cluster as ready but the cluster overview page still shown as installing cluster indication. This is wrong.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM Staging.
2. Install an ROSA HCP cluster via Wizard.
3. Once cluster is showing "ready" state in cluster list , Open the cluster.
4. Verify the overview page definition.

Actual results:

Cluster overview page wrongly indicated as "installing cluster" although the cluster is ready.

Expected results:
Cluster overview page shouldn't indicate as "installing cluster" once the cluster is ready state.
