Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch the OCM UI staging environment
2. Navigate to the OSD cluster creation wizard
3. Once the user is on the cluster details screen, click on the version dropdown

Expected Result

The dropdown should be able to fit within the screen
The scroll bar on the right side of the page should help in viewing the other contents on the screen when scrolling up and down.

Actual Result

Even when viewed in actual size, zoomed in, or zoomed out, the dropdown takes up the entire page.
Scrolling the right bar does not show the entire page's contents and it doesn't leave a good user experience.
